Kirkintilloch Camera Club is delighted to be working in partnership with the Rotary Club of Kirkintilloch to promote and assist with the running of their Young Photographer Competition 2025/26. The competition is open to all school age children who reside in Kirkintilloch. Photos taken using a camera or a mobile phone will be accepted.
This is a "Themed Competition" with a different theme being selected each year. This year's theme is 'Happiness in Nature’.
Rotary strives to rebuild communities, the environment and lives hence the title, so it really opens the field up.

On May 10th, we hosted Kirkintilloch Rotary Club in the clubhouse for the awards presentation for the Young Photographer competition. The theme for the 2024/25 competition was water and the quality of the entries was very high. None of them would be out of place in our club competitions.
