Our annual match with Milngavie & Bearsden CC was held in Milngavie on 26th March in Milngavie. The digital images scores were tied at 239 points each, but we lost out on the print scores by 253 to 229.

The Williamson Trophy 3 way competition, between Falkirk, Stirling and ourselves, was hosted at Stirling on 13th March. On this occasion, we came out on top in both the colour and mono judging.

In our regular friendly against Airdrie and Coatbridge, held on 5th March at Coatbridge Indoor Bowling Club, it was the hosts who triumphed by 332 points to 324.

The SPF Print Championships on 18th February saw the club on the verge of a top 20 place. The final tables and individual scores for our entries are below.

The 2023 Four-way club competition was hosted by Stirling Camera Club on 22nd November, with each club entering five prints and ten digital images The judge Stewart Dodd.
On a night where many photos were being awarded top points, the final totals were

A tie-breaker was agreed that, since Stirling had more "20" scores, they took first place. Stirling had seven '20s', Falkirk had six, while we had five for the digital images: Art Attack, Kelpies in the Wild, Speeding on Sauchiehall St, Emerald Green Dragonfly and Great White in Profile.
All in all, a close and enjoyable competition.

This year, we entered the plate competition at the SPF Digital Championships for the first time. The judging was held at Dunblane on 19th November, and a good number of members attended. Out of 24 clubs, we ended up in a tie for 13th with Falkirk and only one place behind Stirling.
One of our images, Kelpies in the Wild by Duncan Gray, received a Judges Choice award.
