Dear Members,
the syllabus for the forthcoming season, which commences on Monday 14th September. Due to the current Covid restrictions all club nights for the foreseeable future will be held via Zoom. Our first night back on the 14th September will be an informal social night, in which we will review last year’s activities, update everyone with any developments that have happened over the summer break and also welcome any new members to the club.
As per our AGM in June, the annual subscription fees are to remain the same for this forthcoming season, and will be as follows:
Full Membership £55
60+ or unwaged Membership £45
Joint Membership (21-59) £82.50
Joint Membership (60+) £67.50
Junior Membership (20 & below) £15
Membership must be paid up by 14th September, please send a confirmation email to Henry the treasurer and myself Lynne Watson the secretary on receipt we will then confirm membership and send out the relevant information for our Zoom meeting. Please remember subscriptions must now be paid by bank transfer, details of the clubs bank account can be found on our new website, https://kirkintillochcameraclub.uk/, under the heading of Club Documents. As the club is a registered charity we can claim Gift Aid on the cost of the annual subscriptions. The only requirement is that you are a UK tax payer, so if you haven’t already completed a form please can you obtain a form from Henry our Treasurer and return to him once completed.
The committee have decided to open up our weekly talks to non members for a weekly fee of £3 so if any friends and family would like to join us for a particular talk them please ask them to contact me in the first instance.
